This Monday 25th we are finally reopening our doors (6:30am-10pm)
So I thought I would give you all another update and to go through all of the new changes with you.
The booking system was really well received at the club and the feedback we received was overwhelming.
Not only did it control the capacity in the pool, but it also ensured that people felt safe and had a good experience at the club.
So we are delighted to carry that going moving forward
We are opening the booking system for the pool and classes in the next 48 hours so have a look out for your emails and we will notify you when it's live.
Sauna and steam
These facilities will be available to use on the 25th of October (in the afternoon) This was something I was really pushing for because I didn't want you guys to feel like we are back open again and nothing been fixed.
Because everything had to get authorized, lead times and the engineer availabilities the earliest they would come out was on the 25th (same day we reopen) so they will be installing a new heater in the sauna and a new kettle for the steam room so it shouldn't take them long.
One of the biggest issues in health clubs is the lack of cleanliness in clubs especially the changing rooms so I really want to prioritise this through our team moving forward so what I will do is pop up a notice in the changing rooms so that you guys know the specific times and days that we will be deep cleaning that way there's clarity and if there's any persistent issues please let me know.
Customer Feedback Box
There will be a feedback box in the club by reception so please if you have any concerns about cleanliness, no support, customer service or a below par experience please let me know or your more then welcome to email me email@example.com.
One of the biggest problems in gyms is a lack of support or help in the gym. Which is why I wanted to roll something out that keeps you motivated so that you have a bit of structure coming into the club.
Every member will giving the opportunity to have their own FREE personal plan.
So next time you walk into the club your more than welcome to book your plan in.

I would just like to say a personal thank you for all of your support during these frustrating times so from the 25th October for 5 days MEMBERS its FREE.
Don't pay anything until November 1st. So no direct debits will be taken and they won't restart until November 1st.
If you are not a member but you would like to try us out again no pressure just pop me a message first and I will send over a pass for you to give to the reception team.
Classes will be coming back in November all of your favourite instructors and favourite classes will be available.
Has been repaired so clean air can be is filtrated in and out around poolside
End of November we are going to have all brand new equipment for the whole health club.
That's it for now, I hope you really see a difference when you pop in to the club. I do apologise for the delay I wanted this email out on Monday but we are still working hard behind the scenes.
I can finally confirm that we have officially been given the green light from both parties to reopen our doors on the 25th October. (same opening times).
I would like to personally thank you all, for your messages and feedback. It's been a massive help for me and it really shows how much you care about the club, and I can only apologise if we haven't been able to appease you.
On the last update I asked everyone for their opinion on what they would like to see moving forward at the club and I am pleased to share that we have already started to implement your ideas.
Let's walk through your ideas:
The Sauna and Steam room to be repaired
Replace coat hooks and hangers
Deep clean the ladies and men's showers regularly.
Reintroduce indoor classes
More support and advice in the gym.
Mat/flooring when you are getting changed so that your less likely to slip in the changing rooms.
Ladies and Men's changing rooms and toilets to be cleaned more frequently.
Continuation of the booking system.
Yoga & Pilates classes.
Interacting and helping the customers more.
Hooks inside the ladies shower doors so that we don't drop our shower bag in the wet.
Make sure the covid-19 precautions are not relaxed too far.
If you have any more suggestions that hasn't been stated above please let me know ASAP so I can put it on the list to try and get done before the reopen date.
I can also confirm from my last update that we are getting brand new fitness equipment for the whole health club in mid November I will keep you updated when delivery is about to commence.
We still have a long way to go, but these last couple weeks we have really been working hard to push your points across and now I can really notice the difference and I am really excited moving forward.
Because you guys have been so patient and loyal I have a few more surprises which I cannot wait to share with you all so keep your inboxes peeled.
3d leisure combine birthday celebrations with National Fitness Day 2021:
On Wednesday 22nd the company took part, as always, in a National Fitness Day groupwide event. This year however, it had a secondary theme… the companies 30th Birthday, which falls later this month. Across over 80 sites the clubs were tasked with exercising a combined mileage total of 10950 on the day. This works out at ‘a mile a day for 3d’s Birthday’.
The clubs took great pleasure getting behind the event, with miles being completed in party hats and fancy dress. Members and non-members alike joined forces to complete as many miles by any means as possible to help reach the total.
After adding up all miles totalled, the company managed to exceed target, with just over 11300 miles being exercised. A fantastic achievement.
Thank you to everyone who got involved and completed a mile or 2 for the occasion.
