This class is full of high energy and high impact from the get go! From cardio to resistance and bodyweight training you get to hit every muscle group on your body. This class will help tighten, trim and tone your body like no other. If your ready to be put through your paces and up for a challenge this is the class for you. But don’t worry if your feel as if you cant keep up, there will also be modifications of each exercise to ensure everyone can take part. But and the end of the day remember, your goal is to be the best version of you!

With good upbeat music you get to shake and shimmy while giving your body a good workout. This will mostly consist of aerobic exercise so get ready to have fun and burn calories! High Intensity Interval Training! In this class you will go through various bodyweight and resistance training at different intensities. This means that you will go from a lower intensity to a higher intensity and vice versa. This will also consist of anaerobic exercise and aerobic exercise. This class is great for targeting all areas of fitness and getting a great sweat on! In addition to this you’ll focus on working the abdominals and strengthening your core!
